The 50's were the birth of Rock & Roll as we know it today. The nation learned how to swing & move their hips in a whole new way. My 50's selection consists of artist like: Elvis, Bill Haley & the Comets, Chuck Berry & Fats Domino just to name a few. It will be a dance back in time when listening to all your favorites as a kid.

The 60's were full of many big names. Elvis took the title 'The King' & there were other big names that emerged: Jerry Lee Lewis, Johnny Cash, Roy Orbison, Carl Perkins & Chubby Checkers. This was a time when dance evolved even further. Think you can still dance like that...let's try.

The 70's can easily be defined as the age of Disco. A few names in my selection from this time are: The Village People, Gloria Gaynor & The Bee Gees. These are sure to get you up on your feet & moving to that 'groovy' beat.

When anyone mentions the 80's, all you ever see mentally is big hair & painted faces. The 80's brought us great names & beats such as: Duran Duran, The Police, The B-52's, Def Leppard, Aerosmith & AC/DC. There are just too many to list here, but I think you get the drift. When we get into the 80's it will make you 'Wanna Rock-n-Roll all Night'.

The 90's were full of pop, rap & alternative hits. Some artists in my selection from this time period are: Vanilla Ice, MC Hammer, Tone Loc, Britney Spears, Pearl Jam, Nirvana & many 'Boy Bands'. This is a big portion of my music selection & it would be hard to list everyone.

From Country music to Rap music, the beats started getting faster & making everyone come out of their own shell. I try to keep my music up to date in all genres. It is impossible to have every single song that is produced, but I do my best to have the most current songs available.

There have been some crazy things happen in the past 5 years!!! Miley Cyrus rode & licked a wrecking ball, Katie Perry ‘Kissed a Girl’ & country now has rappers. There have also been some great additions to the ‘line dances’ like ‘Watch me Whip’, ‘Wobble’ & ‘Gangnum Style’. I am doing my best to keep up with all the great new music that is coming out so that everyone can get down with that ‘Uptown Funk’.
